The O’reilly Auto Parts 253 or what you can call the Daytona Road Course. If you have read my article on the Daytona Clash that only has 20 drivers, this race has all 38 drivers. I will think about making a podcast soon in july in the middle of the season.
The road course gave some drama new winners and alot of action. With only 7 yellow flags and 70 laps. Here is how the race happens.
On the start of the race Chase Elliot of the 9 car was in pole position. The green flag was waved Chase Elliot had the early lead. Kyle Bush in the 18 car was losing race pace on the car. His car was damaged.

On lap 2, the yellow flag was out due to debris. The race was green flagged soon after.

On lap 27, the 42 car of Ross Chastain crashed into the wall on turn 6. There was major damage on the right front right from the impact of the wall. The 42 car had to go to the garage and could not finish.

On lap 38 the leader Kurt Bush in the 1 car spun out on the grass and lost the lead. There was no yellow flag waved; this costed his race and he lost 17 positions and he could not win the race.

On lap 40 the 2 car of Brad Keselowski got bumped from Kurt Bush and spun out. No yellow flag was waved because he got the car turned around fast.

On lap 58, The 8 car of Daniel Hemiric engine exploded. He was okay but he can not continue. The yellow flag was waved and it was the final yellow of the race.

There was 10 to go when the green flag was waved and the 19 car of Marian Truex Jr spun around but was able to get back on the track easily there was no yellow flag.

In the last lap of the race it was the 20 car of Christopher Bell was in the lead and won the race. His spotter said not to do burnouts. This was his first win in the cup series.

In this race there was a lot of action on the track. With 7 yellows there was another first winner as from last time with the 34 car of Micheal McDowell. The next nascar race will be in Homestead Miami on Sunday.
